This Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Rekonsile Com Tech Pvt Ltd (“Rekonsile,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides refunds to users (“you,” “your,” “user,” “subscriber,” or “seller”) of its subscription-based software platform.
By subscribing to or using Rekonsile, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Overview
Rekonsile operates on a monthly subscription billing model. Pricing is determined based on the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) or sales volume processed on the platform. Different subscription plans offer varying levels of access to features and services based on revenue tiers and user requirements.
2. Refund Eligibility
Rekonsile offers a seven (7) day refund period for new users, beginning from the date of initial subscription. The following conditions apply:
Refund eligibility is limited to the first seven (7) calendar days from the subscription start date.
The refund policy applies only to first-time subscriptions. Subscription renewals, plan upgrades or downgrades, and subsequent billing cycles are excluded from this policy.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their Rekonsile account dashboard. However, cancellation of a subscription:
Does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
Will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
Does not impact the terms of the refund window, which is limited strictly to the 7-day period following the initial subscription.
If a user cancels a subscription within the 7-day refund window and seeks a refund, they must still submit a formal refund request as described in Section 4.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the user must send a formal email to both of the following addresses:

The request must include:
The User ID or registered email address associated with the Rekonsile account.
The full name of the user or business entity.
The date of initial subscription.
The plan name or tier subscribed to.
A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Only refund requests that are complete and submitted within the 7-day eligibility window will be considered. Requests submitted via alternative channels or missing required information may be disregarded.
5. Review and Processing Time
All refund requests are manually reviewed and subject to verification.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) banking days from the date of approval, subject to processing timelines of banks and payment gateways.
Rekonsile shall not be held liable for any delays caused by financial institutions.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired.
Renewal charges, plan upgrades or downgrades.
Subscription cancellations made without a formal refund request.
Non-usage or dissatisfaction reported beyond the refund eligibility period.
Technical or operational issues not reported during the eligibility window or unrelated to platform-wide malfunctions.
7. Misuse and Abuse
Rekonsile reserves the right to deny refund requests to any user who:
Has previously received a refund.
Is found to be abusing the refund policy, including but not limited to repetitive refund requests.
Provides misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information in connection with their request.
Repeated abuse may result in account suspension or termination without further notice.
